Judicial Politics series publishes theoretically and analytically rigorous manuscripts illuminating the role of judges as political actors and courts as political institutions. Manuscripts are unified by their attention to fundamental questions concerning topics such as institutional design, democratic performance, independence, legitimacy, and representation.
